The Salazar Cernas family strives to produce high-quality, nutrient-dense foods while maintaining the land in a fertile state for future generations. They grow a variety of certified organic vegetables on their seven-acres-and-growing farm, while nine greenhouses allow them to grow greens and herbs all year long.
